In the event that an infringement is discovered you will be notified and invoiced the industry-standard TRIPLE FEE for unauthorized usage and/or prosecuted for Copyright Infringement in U. S. Federal Court where you will be subject to a fine of US$100,000 statutory damages as well as our court costs and attorneys' fees.
We have digitally watermarked each of Cathy's photos. Cathy's photos are known worldwide; we find out quickly if others borrow Cathy's images, so please respect our copyright.
To inquire about using one of Cathy's images, please contact us. If you know of someone using Cathy's photos without permission, tell us. We will bill them our normal rate and if we collect, we'll give you 30% (of the net proceeds less collection costs) as an agency fee.
