package for photo course students only. Tax & gratuity are
extra. All rates in U.S. Dollars. Two suites and an apartment

Two-tank boat trip on extra days is $85.00. PADI Photo Certification, add $30.00. Resort dive package is a per person rate and includes; •air-conditioned room eight nights; •seven days of diving including •snacks every day and •boat night dive and Stingray City boat dive, in addition to •tanks for shore diving, you get •unlimited tanks on the boat included in our unique package. Rates do not include: Air and ground transportation to and from Sunset House; diving on arrival, departure and extra days; Nitrox ($10.00 per tank); most meals (breakfast about $12.00 per day, lunch about $12.00 each, and dinner (an average nice dinner is at least $50.00); room tax and service (per person, per night, approximately $13.00 courtyard double, and $17.00 Ocean View double; single room tax and service is approximately double this rate). Rates also do not include crew gratuity for customized dive services including extra gear handling, extra boat services and extended and flexible dive times. For the extended service, the expected gratuity is no less than $150.00 for Super Course. We will try to arrange roommates for those traveling alone, if you wish, subject to availability. Commuters The cost for diving for students who are not staying at Sunset House is $762.00 for Super Course. This includes all diving during the photo courses, as well as unlimited shore diving and snacks on the boat. (This is in addition to the tuition.) Generally, we do not recommend commuting as traffic can add time to an already busy day. However, if you already have your own condominium, or are traveling with family who require different facilities, then commuting may be best for you. To reserve

Use your travel agent for airline reservations only. 2. Mail your reservation form and deposit to Cathy Church, Cathy Church’s U/W Photo Centre, P.O. Box 479 GT, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, (use proper postage for the Caribbean and mark "Airmail"); or FAX to Cathy at 345-949-9770. Send an initial deposit of $500.00 per student to reserve a place in a photo course. Four months before the course send a second deposit of $1395.00. This pays your course tuition in full, and $300.00 toward your resort and diving portion. For commuters, this final payment will pay $300.00 toward your dive package. Send an additional deposit of $200.00 per non-student guest. We accept American Express, MasterCard or VISA. Your third payment for your hotel bill is due in full thirty days in advance. The balance of your miscellaneous resort and diving charges as well as any extra charges at the photo centre, can be paid with cash, traveler’s checks, American Express, MasterCard or VISA. Cancellations Your deposit is refundable up to 60 days before the start of a course (minus a $25.00 cancellation fee). If you cancel less than 60 days before your course, your deposit is not refundable. However, if we can fill your spot, we will return your deposit (minus $30.00). Changes in reservations require long distance phone calls from Grand Cayman to the waiting lists, hence the fees—sorry about that. We recommend trip insurance which you can get from your travel agent or on-line. I am sorry that we cannot be your insuring agent, and that we cannot cover your cancellation. We can usually fill extra spaces well in advance, and often turn many students away because we are full. Your last minute cancellation can therefore not be refunded unless we can re-fill your spot.
