Since flights often change, we are booking all flights from home (or from our gateway city) and back through Poseidon Ventures (1-800-854-9334). We are requiring this because if schedules change during our trip, (which has happened on a previous trip to the Solomon Islands) one contact to Poseidon is all that is necessary to make new arrangements for all of us. Since overseas negotiating can be complex, it is hard to deal with tickets that have been issued by more than one agent.

Send a $1,000.00 deposit (per person, per trip) now. Final payment will be due six months before departure. Your deposit will be refundable (less a $50.00 cancellation fee) up to six months before departure. Deposits will be refunded after that time (less a $100 cancellation fee) if we can fill your spot. We highly recommend trip cancellation insurance and Poseidon Ventures can provide you with forms.
